Kriti Nutrients Limited has announced a closure of the trading window for its shares. The window will remain shut from January 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. All promoters, promoter group, directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), designated persons, employees, connected persons, fiduciaries, and their immediate relatives are advised not to deal in the company's shares during this period. Their PAN will be frozen by NSDL specifically for the company's shares. The company is also required to provide prior intimation to its designated depository, NSDL, at least two trading days before the commencement of the trading window closure. The exact date for the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, will be informed in due course. Kriti Nutrients Limited will also file the necessary disclosure in XBRL format and host it on the company's website.
