Kriti Industries (India) Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on February 5, 2026. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported a standalone net loss of ₹49.49 lakhs. This compares to a net loss of ₹970.71 lakhs in the same period last year. The consolidated net loss for the quarter was ₹46.60 lakhs, a significant improvement from ₹967.69 lakhs in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. During the nine months ended December 31, 2025, the standalone net loss stood at ₹300.10 lakhs, compared to a profit of ₹84.86 lakhs in the prior year period. The consolidated net loss for the nine months was ₹288.44 lakhs, a reduction from ₹61.88 lakhs in the same period last year. The company's revenue from operations for the quarter declined to ₹13,579.33 lakhs from ₹20,987.63 lakhs in the previous year. For the nine months, revenue from operations decreased to ₹44,558.38 lakhs from ₹58,440.02 lakhs. Management attributed the decline in turnover during the nine months to lower sales volume, caused by prolonged rains until the end of October 2025. Additionally, the company noted that warrants issued on July 27, 2024, for which the balance payment was due by January 26, 2026, had 63,69,000 warrants where the balance amount was not paid. Consequently, the subscription and allotment money on these warrants stands forfeited. The company also reported an impact of ₹77.01 lakhs due to the consolidation of labor laws into new labor codes.
