Kridhan Infra Limited has announced the incorporation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, KRIDHAN MEDIATECH PRIVATE LIMITED, on January 12, 2026. The subsidiary was incorporated under the Corporate Identification Number U59111MH2026PTC465510 by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

KRIDHAN MEDIATECH PRIVATE LIMITED has an authorized share capital of ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Rupees), divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. The company's business will focus on producing, co-producing, distributing, marketing, licensing, and exploiting cinematographic films, web series, television programs, and digital content. It will also develop technology for the media and entertainment industries.

The incorporation falls under a related party transaction, as KRIDHAN MEDIATECH PRIVATE LIMITED is a subsidiary of Kridhan Infra Limited. Kridhan Family Trust holds 30% in the new entity, with one of its trustees also being a promoter of Kridhan Infra Limited. The initial paid-up share capital of ₹10,00,000 will be paid in cash. Kridhan Infra Limited will hold a 70% stake in the subsidiary.
