KRIDHAN MEDIATECH PRIVATE LIMITED has an authorized share capital of ₹10,00,000 (Ten Lakh Rupees), divided into 1,00,000 equity shares of ₹10 each. The company's business will focus on producing, co-producing, distributing, marketing, licensing, and exploiting cinematographic films, web series, television programs, and digital content. It will also develop technology for the media and entertainment industries. The incorporation falls under a related party transaction, as KRIDHAN MEDIATECH PRIVATE LIMITED is a subsidiary of Kridhan Infra Limited. Kridhan Family Trust holds 30% in the new entity, with one of its trustees also being a promoter of Kridhan Infra Limited. The initial paid-up share capital of ₹10,00,000 will be paid in cash. Kridhan Infra Limited will hold a 70% stake in the subsidiary.
