KRBL Limited has announced the outcome of its postal ballot, confirming the successful appointment of Mr. Sudhir Garg (DIN: 01585908) as an Independent Non-Executive Director on the Board of the Company. The approval was sought through a Special Resolution as per the Postal Ballot Notice dated December 11, 2025.

The voting, conducted via e-voting, concluded on January 12, 2026. The resolution was passed by the Members with the requisite majority. The Scrutinizer’s Report and Voting Results, dated January 12, 2026, have been submitted and are available on the Company's website (www.krblrice.com) and the Central Depository Services (India) Limited website (www.evotingindia.com).

The voting results indicate that out of 155,130,686 votes polled, 155,099,876 votes (99.9801%) were in favour of the resolution, and 30,810 votes (0.0199%) were against it. The total number of members as of the record date was 88,466.
