KPI Green Energy Limited has announced its financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. For the third quarter of fiscal year 2026 (Q3 FY26), the company reported total income of ₹676 Crore, a 45% increase compared to ₹466 Crore in Q3 FY25. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter stood at ₹126 Crore, up by 48% from ₹85 Crore in the same period last year. Basic Earnings Per Share (EPS) for Q3 FY26 was ₹5.97, a 39% rise from ₹4.29 in Q3 FY25. For the nine months ended December 31, 2025 (9M FY26), KPI Green Energy's total income surged by 64% to ₹1931 Crore, up from ₹1177 Crore in 9M FY25. The Profit After Tax (PAT) for the nine-month period grew by 60% to ₹354 Crore, compared to ₹221 Crore in the prior year. Basic EPS for 9M FY26 was ₹16.77, an increase of 46% from ₹11.51 in 9M FY25. The company also highlighted its growing portfolio, with an installed capacity of 1.12 + GW and power evacuation capacity of 3.57 + GW till 9M FY26. The total land bank stands at 6,999 + Acres, and orders in hand are 3.61 + GW. The company's IPP total portfolio is 2.17 GWp, with 1.65 GWp under construction. Significant progress is noted in projects like GUVNL 1029 MWp and GUVNL 150 MW. KPI Green Energy is also expanding into new segments like Green Hydrogen and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), with strategic collaborations and order wins in these areas. The company has reaffirmed ratings by ICRA and CRISIL, with market capitalization as of January 20, 2026, at ₹8,733 Crore.
