Key amendments include updates to the explanatory statement concerning the shareholding pattern before and after the preferential issue. The document details the number of shares and percentage of holding for promoters and non-promoters, both pre- and post-issue. It specifies that the proposed allotment involves 1,01,00,000 warrants, which will convert into equity shares, leading to a post-issue shareholding of 51.95% for promoters and 48.05% for non-promoters.
