KPI Green Energy Limited held its Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on January 16, 2026. The meeting commenced at 11:00 am and concluded at 11:28 am, conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) and Other Audio Video Means (OVAM) facility.

The primary item deliberated and approved during the EGM was the preferential issue of warrants on a private placement basis to persons belonging to the promoter group, which required a Special Resolution.

Shareholders were provided with the facility to cast their votes electronically. The remote e-voting period was open from January 13, 2026, at 9:00 am (IST) to January 15, 2026, at 5:00 pm (IST). An additional e-voting facility was available to shareholders present at the EGM who had not previously voted.
