Kopran Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The trading window will be closed for Directors, Designated Persons, and their immediate relatives starting from January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until forty-eight hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the third quarter, which ended on December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting, where the unaudited financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2025, will be considered and approved, in due course.
