Ms. Avani Vishal Davda has been appointed as an Independent Director for a term of five years, commencing November 11, 2025, and concluding on November 10, 2030. Ms. Davda, aged 46, holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master of Management Studies. She brings over two decades of experience in leadership and board positions across real estate, consumer, retail, and hospitality sectors, with past roles at Tata Starbucks, Tata Consumer Products Ltd., and The Indian Hotels Company Ltd. She was also recognized in Fortune US's '40 Under 40 Leaders' list in 2013.

Additionally, Mr. Dalip Charanjit Sehgal has been appointed as a Non-Executive and Non-Independent Director. Mr. Sehgal, aged 67, possesses a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's degree in Business Administration. He has an extensive career spanning over four decades, including leadership positions at Hindustan Lever Limited, Godrej Consumer Products Limited, and as Managing Director of Godrej Hershey Foods & Beverage Limited. He currently serves as an Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of Nexus Select Mall Management Private Limited and is an Independent Director on the Board of Indira IVF Hospital Limited.
