The assessment order, dated 22nd December 2025, was issued for the Financial Year 2021-22. The total demand raised amounts to ₹95,41,840/-, which includes tax of ₹54,17,452/-, interest of ₹35,82,642/-, and penalty of ₹5,41,746/-. The tax component comprises IGST of ₹23,23,476/-, CGST of ₹15,46,988/-, and SGST of ₹15,46,988/-. The company stated that there is no material impact on its financials, operations, or other activities due to this order. Kokuyo Camlin indicated that the order was passed without the benefit of a personal hearing, despite the submission of all required documents. The company plans to file an appeal with the Commissioner Appeals.
