Profit before tax for the nine-month period was ₹3,002.34 crore, a substantial rise from ₹194.99 crore in the previous year. The net profit for the nine months ended December 31, 2025, was ₹2,190.36 crore, compared to ₹144.44 crore in the prior year. The statutory auditors have expressed a modified conclusion in their limited review report. The report highlights a discrepancy identified in the previous year ended March 31, 2025, where an expense of ₹2,356.81 lakh was recognized due to discrepancies between physical inventory records and actual stock. The auditors noted that the management had not identified the possible impact of this discrepancy on prior periods, which constituted a departure from Indian Accounting Standards. Consequently, the audit opinion for the year ended March 31, 2025, was qualified, and the conclusion on the current statement is also qualified due to the potential effect on comparability.
