Kokuyo Camlin Limited has announced the withdrawal of a reclassification request made by Ms. Anagha Subhash Dandekar. Ms. Dandekar had previously sought to be reclassified from the 'Promoter group' category to the 'Public' category under Regulation 31A of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Ms. Dandekar communicated her decision to withdraw the request to the company on January 29, 2026. Consequently, she will continue to remain a part of the promoter group of Kokuyo Camlin Limited. This withdrawal supersedes her earlier letter dated January 6, 2026, which had initiated the reclassification process. The company has formally informed the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited about this development, requesting that it be taken on record.
