Kitex Garments Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons, their immediate relatives, and specified connected persons. This closure is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be shut from Thursday, January 01, 2026. It will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ending December 31, 2025, become generally available to the public. The specific date for the Board Meeting to consider and approve these financial results will be intimated in due course.
