Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited (KIRLOSENG) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, formerly known as La-Gajjar Machineries Private Limited, has officially changed its name to KOEL Fluid Dynamics Private Limited.

The Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre (ROC, CPC), approved this name change. The Certificate of Incorporation, reflecting the new name, was issued on January 12, 2026, following the change which was effective as of January 8, 2026.

This intimation is made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
