Kirloskar Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The window will remain shut from 5 June 2026 until 23 June 2026. This closure is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and Immediate Relatives of Designated Persons of Kirloskar Industries Limited, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended.
