Kirloskar Industries Limited has announced an update regarding its material subsidiary, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL). KFIL has informed the stock exchanges that operations at its Hiriyur plant in Karnataka have resumed effective 14 January 2026.

This resumption follows an earlier communication dated 11 December 2025. The company has provided this intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Kirloskar Industries Limited has enclosed a copy of KFIL's intimation for reference and requested that the information be taken on record.
