Kirloskar Industries Limited has announced an update regarding its material subsidiary, Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL). KFIL has informed the stock exchanges that its operations at the Jejuri plant in Maharashtra have resumed from 13 January 2026. This resumption follows an earlier communication dated 26 December 2025. The intimation was filed by KFIL under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
