Kirloskar Industries Limited has announced that Mr. D. Sivanandhan, an Independent Director, has ceased to hold his position on the board and its committees. His tenure, which was approved for a second term on August 9, 2022, was set to conclude upon his attaining the age of 75 years, specifically on February 2, 2026. Consequently, his cessation from directorship is effective from February 3, 2026. Mr. Sivanandhan also ceases to be a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. The company has expressed its sincere appreciation for his valuable services, guidance, and experience during his tenure. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
