Kingfa Science & Technology (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's own Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Fair Disclosure. The trading window will be shut for all designated persons, connected persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives. It will commence from January 01, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting, where the financial results will be considered and approved, in due course.
