Keystone Realtors Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Pritam Chivukula as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), designated as Project CEO - Commercial. This appointment is effective from January 19, 2026.

Mr. Chivukula brings over 27 years of extensive experience in real estate development, banking, and real estate private equity. He previously co-founded Tridhaatu Realty & Infra Pvt. Ltd. and has also served as a Project Partner at Dosti Realty, overseeing redevelopment projects. He holds a PGDM (MBA) from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
