The acquisitions occurred on February 23, 2026 (50,000 shares), February 24, 2026 (50,000 shares), and February 25, 2026 (75,000 shares). Prior to these acquisitions, Mr. Sethi held 4,23,610 shares, representing 0.38% of the total issued and paid-up share capital. After the acquisitions, his total holding increased to 5,98,610 shares, which amounts to 0.53% of the total issued and paid-up share capital. The total equity share capital of the company is 11,33,85,050 equity shares of Re 1 each.
