Kaynes Technology India Limited has submitted a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. This certificate was obtained from the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited.
