Kaynes Technology India Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors approved the standalone and consolidated financial results during their meeting held on February 05, 2026. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the company reported consolidated total income of ₹848.94 crore and a profit after tax of ₹66.42 crore. On a standalone basis, total income was ₹568.50 crore, with a profit after tax of ₹65.98 crore. The company also reported results for the nine months ended December 31, 2025. Consolidated total income stood at ₹2,498.66 crore, and profit after tax was ₹272.67 crore. Standalone total income for the nine months was ₹1,574.54 crore, with a profit after tax of ₹183.16 crore. The financial statements were prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and have been subjected to a limited review by the statutory auditors. The announcement also detailed the impact of new Labour Codes, which resulted in an exceptional item of ₹0.25 crore in consolidated results and ₹0.17 crore in standalone results due to increased defined benefit obligations.
