Kaya Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Saurav Jha as the Chief Business Transformation Officer, a key role within the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via a Circular Resolution passed on December 17, 2025. Mr. Jha's tenure as Chief Business Transformation Officer is set to commence on December 22, 2025. He brings a wealth of experience spanning over 18 years in business operations, category management, market expansion, retail, and analytics. His career includes significant leadership positions at prominent growth-oriented, technology-driven companies such as CaratLane, Urban Company, Pristyn Care, Directi, and Evalueserve. Prior to joining Kaya Limited, Mr. Jha served as Head – International Business at CaratLane, where he was instrumental in leading global expansion initiatives. Before that, he held the position of VP – Business at Pristyn Care, focusing on driving business growth and strategy. Mr. Jha holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business (ISB) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics from Manipal Institute of Technology.
