Kaya Limited has announced the appointment of Ms. Dhivya Ashok as the Chief Operating Officer - South & East, a Senior Management Personnel of the Company. This appointment was approved by the Board of Directors via Circular Resolution on January 17, 2026.

Dhivya Ashok brings over a decade of experience in scaling omni-channel, tech-enabled consumer businesses across India and the US. Her recent role was Regional Business Head – South India at CaratLane (A TATA Product). Previously, she served as Business Head at Naturals Salon & Spa, where she developed the Naturals@Home vertical. She was also a key member of Uber's India Launch Team. Dhivya holds a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Anna University.
