Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited has announced the rescission of a previous resolution pertaining to the change of its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA). The Board of Directors, in a circular resolution passed on January 12, 2026, decided to revoke the earlier decision made on November 14, 2025.

This rescinded resolution had initially approved the discontinuation of services from M/s. Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited and the appointment of M/s. Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited as the new RTA, effective from November 17, 2025. However, after further deliberation on operational requirements and to ensure service continuity, the Board has chosen to maintain the status quo.

Consequently, the appointment of M/s. Satellite Corporate Services Private Limited has been cancelled. M/s. Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited will continue to serve as the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent. Any actions or documents executed based on the previous resolution of November 14, 2025, are now considered null and void.
