Karur Vysya Bank Limited has announced the re-appointment of CA Dr Chinnasamy Ganesan as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second term. The Board of Directors approved this proposal during their meeting held on March 4, 2026. Dr Ganesan's second term is for five years, commencing from April 25, 2026, and will conclude on April 24, 2031. This re-appointment is subject to the approval of the Bank's shareholders.
