Karur Vysya Bank (KVB) has inaugurated a new branch in Pattabiram, Chennai, expanding its network to 901 branches across India. The new facility, located at No. 11 MG Road, was inaugurated by Dr. E. Kamalanaban. The branch will offer a comprehensive range of banking services including accounts, deposits, and loans. Shri Ramesh Babu, Managing Director & CEO of Karur Vysya Bank, stated that the inauguration is a significant step in bringing high-quality banking closer to the residents and the growing business community of this Chennai suburb. KVB also highlighted its internet banking and mobile banking app, KVB DLite. As of December 31, 2025, Karur Vysya Bank had a total business of ₹2,11,647 crore, comprising deposits of ₹1,14,595 crore and advances of ₹97,052 crore. The bank reported a net profit of ₹690 crore for Q3 FY26, with a Net NPA of 0.19%.
