Karnataka Bank Limited has initiated a postal ballot process to seek shareholder approval for the re-appointment of two Non-Executive Independent Directors: Dr. D.S. Ravindran and Mr. Balakrishna Alse S. The notice for postal ballot, dated February 03, 2026, was dispatched to all eligible members. The voting will be conducted exclusively through remote e-voting, facilitated by NSDL.
