The Karnataka Bank Limited has announced a change in its senior management. Mr. Venkat Krishnan Veeramoni, who held the positions of Chief Information Officer & Chief Technology Officer, has submitted his resignation from the services of the Bank. Mr. Veeramoni's resignation was submitted on January 31, 2026, and became effective from the close of business hours on February 6, 2026. The reason cited for his resignation is his inability to travel to Mangalore for family reasons. Consequent to this change, Mr. Raghuram H. S., General Manager, has been assigned the additional charge of the IT & MIS Department with immediate effect. Mr. Raghuram H. S. joined Karnataka Bank on April 29, 1994, and is currently in charge of the Branch Banking Department, Products Department, and Business Solutions Group (BSG) since January 1, 2026, in the cadre of General Manager. He previously served as the Chief Risk Officer of the Bank. Mr. Veeramoni ceases to be a Senior Management Personnel, while Mr. Raghuram H. S. is already a Senior Management Personnel.
