This closure will be effective from January 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months period ending December 31, 2025. The trading window will be closed for Promoters, Promoter Group, Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), Designated Persons, and Connected Persons. These individuals are informed not to trade in the company's securities during this period. The date of the Board Meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated to the stock exchanges in due course. The company has also confirmed details with National Securities Depository Limited regarding Designated Persons and their immediate relatives for freezing PANs to prevent trading during the closure period, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
