Kamat Hotels (India) Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, will be effective from January 01, 2026. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company will intimate the date of the Board Meeting for the declaration of these financial results in due course.
