Kalyani Steels Limited has announced the re-appointment of Mr. R.K. Goyal as the Managing Director for a fourth term, commencing January 17, 2026, and concluding on January 16, 2031. This five-year term was approved by the members at the company's Fifty-Second Annual General Meeting held on August 22, 2025.

Mr. Goyal, an Engineering Graduate from BITS, Pilani, and an MBA, brings over 42 years of extensive experience in the Speciality Steel Industry. He has been instrumental as Managing Director since 2011, driving the company's business development. His expertise spans growth strategy, steel and mining, strategic alliances, mergers & acquisitions, and indirect taxation.

The company also confirmed that Mr. Goyal has not been debarred from holding the office of Director by any order from SEBI or other authorities, in compliance with circulars from BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Mr. Goyal is not related to any other Directors of the Company.
