Kalpataru Limited has announced that the certificate for compliance under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, is not applicable for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

This is because the company's entire shareholding is in demat form. Furthermore, Kalpataru Limited did not receive any requests from its members for the rematerialization or dematerialization of shares during the specified quarter.

The confirmation was provided by MUFG Intime India Private Limited (formerly Link Intime India Private Limited), the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
