K S Oils Limited has announced that it has received an order from the District Judge, Rohini District Court, New Delhi, pertaining to the cessation of usage of the "Kalash" trademark. The order, dated February 16, 2026, was received by the company on February 17, 2026. The company, based on legal advice and its own assessment, believes the order is not maintainable in law. The matter relates to the usage of the "Kalash" trademark pursuant to an NCLT approved order dated February 03, 2025. K S Oils Limited is in the process of filing an appeal against the said order before the appropriate appellate authority. The company has stated that the overall operations remain unaffected and the financial impact is not material.
