Jyoti CNC Automation Limited announced the appointment of Mrs. Prafulla P. Shenoy as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director, effective January 19, 2026. Mrs. Shenoy brings over 36 years of experience in development banking operations from IDBI and SIDBI, with expertise in areas such as resource raising, treasury operations, corporate accounts, and institutional finance. Prior to her retirement, she headed Treasury and Institutional Finance. Post-retirement, she has been active as a consultant and is associated with educational institutions and an NGO.

Her academic qualifications include M. Com. and CAIIB. She is not debarred from holding the office of a director by any SEBI order or other authority. Her appointment is subject to the consent of the company's members, which needs to be obtained within three months from the date of appointment.
