Jyoti CNC Automation Limited has announced the appointment of Mrs. Prafulla P. Shenoy (DIN:06705629) as an Additional Director, designated as an Independent Director, effective January 19, 2026. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on the same day, which commenced at 12:35 PM and concluded at 12:55 PM.

Mrs. Shenoy brings over 36 years of professional experience from IDBI and SIDBI, with expertise in various areas of development banking operations, including resource raising, treasury operations, corporate accounts, and institutional finance. Prior to her retirement, she headed Treasury and Institutional Finance. Post-retirement, she has continued her career as a consultant and is associated with educational institutions and an NGO.

Her appointment is subject to the consent of the company's members, which needs to be obtained within three months from the date of appointment. Mrs. Shenoy holds an M. Com. and CAIIB qualification and is not debarred from holding a directorship by any SEBI order or other authority. Her academic qualification includes M. Com., CAIIB.
