Just Dial Limited has announced its unaudited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company reported an operating revenue of ₹3,057 million for Q3 FY26, marking a 6.4% increase year-on-year from ₹2,873 million in Q3 FY25. Operating EBITDA saw a 10.0% rise to ₹952 million from ₹866 million in the same period last year, with the EBITDA margin improving by 101 basis points to 31.2% from 30.1%. Profit Before Taxes (PBT) for the quarter stood at ₹1,456 million, a slight decrease of 2.4% compared to ₹1,492 million in Q3 FY25. However, after considering an exceptional item of ₹211 million related to the impact of the new labour code, the PBT for Q3 FY26 was ₹1,456 million. Net Profit after taxes for the quarter was ₹1,180 million, a 10.2% decrease from ₹1,313 million in Q3 FY25, with the Net Profit Margin at 30.2% compared to 36.0%. On a sequential basis, operating revenue increased by 0.9% to ₹3,057 million from ₹3,031 million in Q2 FY26. Operating EBITDA also grew by 9.4% to ₹952 million from ₹871 million in Q2 FY26, with a significant margin expansion of 243 basis points to 31.2% from 28.7%. Profit Before Taxes for Q3 FY26 was ₹1,456 million, a marginal decrease of 0.9% from ₹1,470 million in Q2 FY26. Net Profit for the quarter was ₹1,180 million, down 1.2% from ₹1,194 million in Q2 FY26. Key operational highlights include an increase in total listings to 52.8 million, up 11.1% year-on-year. Listings with geocodes also saw a substantial 17.3% increase to 37.3 million. The company reported 184.5 million quarterly unique visitors in Q3 FY26, a slight decrease of 3.5% year-on-year, with mobile continuing to dominate traffic share at 86.2%. Active paid campaigns reached 629,180, a 4.7% increase year-on-year. Cash and investments stood at ₹57,030 million, up 12.6% year-on-year.
