Juniper Hotels Limited announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company achieved a total income of ₹300.0 Crore, a 15% increase year-on-year, and EBITDA of ₹132.4 Crore, up 31%. Profit Before Tax stood at ₹83.5 Crore, marking a 92% increase, while Profit After Tax surged by 101% to ₹65.4 Crore. The company reported a consolidated Average Room Rate (ARR) of ₹12,818, a 9% increase, and occupancy at 78%. Mr. Arun Kumar Saraf, Chairman and Managing Director, commented on the exceptional performance, highlighting record revenues and a 500 basis-point expansion in EBITDA margins to 44%. He also noted the steady progress in the development pipeline, with key projects in Bengaluru, Guwahati, and Kaziranga on track to add significant capacity by FY29. Bengaluru Phase I is expected to open by Q1FY27.
