The Board of Directors approved these results in a meeting held on February 11, 2026. For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the consolidated total income stood at ₹29,999.70 Lakhs (₹299.99 crore), with a profit after tax of ₹6,542.32 Lakhs (₹65.42 crore). The standalone total income for the same period was ₹26,441.40 Lakhs (₹264.41 crore), with a profit after tax of ₹6,239.50 Lakhs (₹62.40 crore). The company also reported significant exceptional items. For the consolidated results, an exceptional loss of ₹96.60 Lakhs was recorded for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, primarily due to a fire incident at their Bangalore property and the impact of new labor codes. On a standalone basis, an exceptional loss of ₹128.46 Lakhs was recognized, mainly from the impact of new labor codes. The company provided details on the utilization of its IPO proceeds. As of December 31, 2025, out of the total IPO proceeds of ₹1,73,428.46 Lakhs, ₹1,61,113.53 Lakhs have been utilized, leaving an unutilized amount of ₹12,314.93 Lakhs.
