Juniper Hotels Limited has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on March 02, 2026, following its successful bid for a land parcel in Sector 23, Dwarka, New Delhi. This award grants the company license rights for the development and operation of a 5-Star Luxury Hotel on approximately 2.524 acres of land. The LoA is valid for 12 months from its issuance, during which the lease agreement will be executed, subject to necessary compliances by the DDA. This development signifies a strategic expansion for Juniper Hotels in the National Capital Region (NCR), reinforcing its focus on owning large-format hospitality assets in key metropolitan markets. The proposed hotel is expected to feature around 500 keys, food and beverage outlets, banqueting facilities, and some commercial space, increasing Juniper's inventory in the NCR to over 1,000 keys. This project aligns with the company's strategy of developing large-scale "big box" hotel assets in high-demand urban corridors. Mr. Arun Saraf, Chairman & Managing Director, stated that the project is a significant milestone in the company's strategic roadmap and reinforces its position in the NCR. He expressed confidence that the development will create value for stakeholders, leveraging the company's disciplined asset selection and greenfield development expertise, as India's economic growth accelerates demand for luxury and business travel.
