JTEKT India Limited has announced that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed its long-term bank facilities rating at [ICRA] AA (pronounced ICRA Double A) and the short-term bank facilities rating at [ICRA] A1+ (pronounced ICRA A One Plus). The rating action was communicated via a letter dated July 8, 2026. The total rated amount for various bank facilities, including term loans and fund-based/non-fund-based limits, amounts to ₹689.14 crore. Specifically, the long-term rating of [ICRA] AA (Stable) has been assigned or reaffirmed for enhanced amounts on term loans totaling ₹509.29 crore and fund-based limits of ₹58.35 crore. Additionally, a combined long-term/short-term rating of [ICRA] AA (Stable)/[ICRA] A1+ has been reaffirmed for instruments worth ₹89.00 crore. The short-term rating of [ICRA] A1+ has been reaffirmed for fund-based facilities of ₹12.50 crore and non-fund-based facilities of ₹20.00 crore. The ratings are subject to surveillance within one year and ICRA reserves the right to review them based on new information or circumstances impacting the company's debt servicing capability.
