JSW Infrastructure Limited announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The company's Board of Directors approved these results, which were recommended by the Audit Committee.

The Board meeting commenced at 2:45 p.m. (IST) and concluded at 5:00 p.m. (IST) on January 16, 2026.

For the quarter ended December 31, 2025, the consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹1,349.66 crore, with a total income of ₹1,409.38 crore. The consolidated net profit for the quarter was ₹364.85 crore. The consolidated total comprehensive income attributable to owners of the company was ₹354.14 crore.

On a standalone basis for the same quarter, revenue from operations was ₹163.53 crore, and the net profit was ₹32.27 crore. The standalone total comprehensive income was also ₹32.27 crore.

An exceptional item of ₹7.24 crore was recognized in the consolidated financial results, and ₹1.69 crore in the standalone financial results, related to past service costs due to the notification of the Labour Codes by the Government of India. This is a one-time impact, and the company will monitor further developments.
