JK Tyre & Industries Limited has announced that CARE Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its credit ratings following the merger of its subsidiary, Cavendish Industries Limited (CIL), into the company. The rationale for the rating action highlights the company's long operational track record, significant market share, strong brand presence across vehicle categories, leadership in the Truck and Bus Radial (TBR) segment, and a diversified product portfolio. The company's robust distribution network and exports to over 100 countries were also cited as strengths.
