JK Lakshmi Cement Limited has announced a change in its senior management team. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors, in a meeting held on 3rd February 2026, inducted Mr. Rajesh Keswani (Vice President - Works, Sirohi), Mr. Rajpal Singh Shekhawat (Assistant Vice President - Works, Durg), and Mr. Sanjeeva Kr. Jha (Head - CSR & Sustainability) as new Senior Management employees, effective immediately. Separately, the company has informed that Mr. Mukul Srivastava, Sr. Vice President (Works), Durg, will be superannuating from his services on 28th February 2026, after which he will cease to be a Senior Management employee. The profiles of the newly appointed senior management personnel highlight their extensive experience in their respective fields. Mr. Keswani brings over 30 years of experience in Cement and power plants. Mr. Shekhawat, with over 23 years in cement manufacturing, possesses strong expertise in process optimization and project management. Mr. Jha has over 25 years of professional experience in CSR and Sustainability.
