JITF Infralogistics Limited has submitted a confirmation certificate from its Registrars and Share Transfer Agent (RTA), RCMC Share Registry Private Limited, regarding compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018. This certificate covers the quarter ended December 31, 2025.

The RTA confirmed that securities received from depository participants for dematerialisation during the quarter were processed, and the listed securities were confirmed with the depositories. Furthermore, the RTA verified that the security certificates received for dematerialisation were duly mutilated, cancelled, and replaced with the depositories' names in the register of members within the stipulated 15-day period.
