Jindal Steel Limited (formerly Jindal Steel & Power Limited) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure will be effective from Thursday, January 1, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results for the third quarter and nine months ending on December 31, 2025. This restriction applies to all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The company will separately intimate the date of the Board meeting scheduled to consider these financial results.
