The shareholders were asked to approve the re-appointment of Dr. Rajeev Uberoi (DIN: 01731829) as an independent director for a second term of three consecutive years. The voting period for e-voting was from December 10, 2025, to January 8, 2026. The result of the postal ballot was declared on January 9, 2026.

Dr. Rajeev Uberoi's re-appointment was a special resolution and was passed with the requisite majority. In total, 70,42,46,815 valid votes were cast. Of these, 66,09,79,434 votes were in favour of the resolution, representing 93.8562% of the valid votes. There were 4,32,67,381 votes against the resolution, accounting for 6.1438% of the valid votes. A total of 37,190 votes were marked as invalid or abstained. The company confirmed that the resolution was passed and requested the stock exchanges to take note of the same.
