The company confirmed that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Principal Bench, New Delhi, admitted a petition filed by minority shareholders, Mr. Ankit Jain & Ors, under Section 245 of the Companies Act, 2013, to the extent of issuing a notice to the respondents. The order was passed on February 5, 2026. Following this development, the company has filed an appeal along with a stay application before the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), Principal Bench, New Delhi. Jindal Poly Films stated that it has already disclosed all necessary information to the exchanges as required by law and undertakes to notify the exchanges regarding any future events or developments concerning this dispute that fall under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
