Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited has entered into a Procurement Agreement with Theryco Healthcare Solutions Private Limited, effective from January 3rd, 2026.

This collaboration is a strategic move by Jeena Sikho Lifecare to expand its distribution network and improve product accessibility through digital channels. The company has confirmed that this transaction is conducted in the ordinary course of business, on an arm's length basis, and does not constitute a Related Party Transaction.
